Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of delivery.

To qualify for an exchange or replacement:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
  • Original tags and packaging must remain intact
  • A short unboxing video is required for damaged or incorrect item claims
  • Order ID or invoice must be provided

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange a replacement after verification.

💰 Replacement & Exchange Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you regarding approval status
  • Approved replacements will be dispatched promptly
  • If the issue occurred from our side, we cover applicable costs
  • For size/color preference exchanges, shipping charges may apply
  • International exchanges may require additional return and re-shipping charges
