You may request an exchange or replacement within 3 days of delivery if:
- The item received is damaged
- The item is defective
- You received the wrong productย
At the moment, refunds are not available.
Eligible issues will be resolved through exchange or replacement only.

To qualify for an exchange or replacement:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and unworn
- Original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact
- A clear unboxing video is required for damaged or incorrect item claims
- Exchange request must be submitted within the allowed timeframe
- Order ID must be provided for verification
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for exchange.
